Wrestle Like A Girl is dedicated to promoting the growth and development of female wrestling. This is done by offering opportunities to wrestle at the scholastic level. WLAG also supports the start-up of new scholastic wrestling programs. In addition, they advocate for the recognition of girls' high school wrestling as an official sport in all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
